HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid Sessions

Dear SCC Students,

Welcome to your Online Learning

The Registered Training Organisation used for this Training is PADI RTO

To Access the Online Learning Manual “Click Here”.

The Password is to access the online manual is: "padistudent" 

Please note, you only need to read the First 3 Chapters of the Online Manual. Each Chapter represents a unit in the First Aid Course.  There is a quiz for each chapter. Please complete all 3 quizzes. These quizzes are practice for the final test, the questions will be very similar.

The online learning consists of you reading through the First 3 Chapters of the Online Manual and answering the online quizzes.

You must get 100% in the online quizzes, however you can take the quiz as many times as you would like. 

Once you have completed the quiz you will receive an email confirming this achievement. You need to forward that achievement email to me at info@beyondwilderness.com as evidence of your completion.  I need to submit these achievement emails to the RTO.

The online quizzes are found on the same web page as the Provide First Aid Student Manual, just scroll down on that page and you will find them, remember it is just the first 3 chapters and first 3 quizzes.

Please complete your independent study before the day of your final assessment.

In Class requirements

During each practical session you will need to complete some practical and theory learning.

In your final assessment lesson (Friday the 18th of October) you will need to successful complete

• a practical scenario based incident

• an incident report form

• short multiple choice quiz. Please bring a pen.

If you happen to be sick on the day or there is a reason you cannot attend, you are welcome to attend a catchup session.
